The BioConvergence Executive Track by 8400 is an enhanced program designed to train and support the next generation of Israeli BioConvergence leaders. It is built for current and future C-level executives, founders, and other senior professionals from both deeptech and non-deeptech backgrounds who are looking to transition into this fast-growing sector.
The global HealthTech industry is undergoing an exciting transformation, giving rise to a new multidisciplinary domain based on the synergy between biology, engineering, data, AI, and advanced materials. This field, known as BioConvergence, has been identified by the Israeli government as a national growth engine for the coming decade, with substantial investment committed by the Israel Innovation Authority and other national partners. As part of this track, the Israel Innovation Authority aims to strengthen the leadership pipeline by supporting CEOs and senior executives operating—or seeking to operate—in this domain.

Afternoon sessions, alternating between in-person meetings and Zoom sessions (as detailed on the registration page). The program also includes field visits to hospitals, incubators, companies, and innovation hubs.

Participants will gain a competitive edge through direct access to case studies and insights from leading executives and companies in Israel and abroad, while deepening their understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in BioConvergence.
Participants will also complete a final applied project based on real-world challenges.
We welcome experienced executives and senior leaders from the fields of BioConvergence, HealthTech, Biotech, or Engineering, as well as former CEOs and accomplished professionals from other industries who are looking to transition into BioConvergence and lead ventures in this emerging field.
While most participants will have 5+ years of professional experience, we also welcome candidates with less experience who demonstrate exceptional leadership potential or entrepreneurial drive.
