About the
Program

The NextGen MedTech Leaders Program is a high-impact executive learning experience for professionals aiming to become health tech CEOs. It is designed for those moving from leadership roles in other industries as well as for senior professionals within the MedTech sector who are ready to grow into the CEO role.

Developed and delivered primarily by faculty from the MedTech Commercialization Institute (MCI), the program includes 10 expert-led, 3-hour sessions that equip participants with practical tools and insights across the health tech value chain.

Participants will engage with theoretical frameworks and real-world case studies, take part in three exclusive site visits to leading companies, and gain access to three recorded Bioconvergence masterclasses.

  • The innovation process
  • Funding cycles and options
  • The importance of the care pathway and key stakeholders in the US healthcare system
  • Pre-clinical trials and establishment of intellectual property
  • Early planning and obtaining regulatory approvals for marketing
  • The 15 elements for commercialization success and preparing for insurance reimbursement
  • Building a business case, evaluating market size, and sales projections
  • Deep understanding of the MedTech–Bioconvergence ecosystem
  • This high-value program is offered at a subsidized fee of 2,200 NIS, thanks to the support of the IIA and 8400 strategic partners
